Where do you ship to?
At this time, we only ship to United States. We are unable to ship to the following states due to local state laws:

  • Alabama

  • Arkansas

  • Indiana

  • Rhode Island

  • Tennessee

  • Vermont

  • Wisconsin

We're also unable to ship to the following cities & counties: Denver (CO), San Diego (CA), Sarasota County (FL), Union County (MS). Please check with your local state and city law and regulations before ordering. We are not responsible for that.

What does the packaging looks like?
We package our shipments discreetly in white or brown generic padded envelope and boxes with no marking on them. The return address will be our generic address, no mention of Kratom (for privacy).

I need to upgrade my order to express shipping.
Unfortunately, we only ship via USPS and FedEX Ground shipping. No upgrades or express shipping available at this time.

I just placed the order. When will you ship my order?
All orders placed before 2PM EST will be shipped out the same day. We ship within 24 hours from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday after 2PM will be shipped out on Monday morning.

Where can I find my tracking number for the order?
A tracking number is provided via email once your order has been shipped. You can also login your account page, click on the ORDERS menu from the left side and view your tracking information by clicking on the corresponding order number on that page.
